Teaching rhythm is an important part of music as well as language acquisition. Many activities used with the ESP software focuses on rhythm tasks and in using rhythm to conjure up a mood or style.

The Rhythm cards are designed to help recognise the way in which rhythm is represented in stave notation. They can therefore be used a s teaching tool for notation. In addition they can form the basis of many rhythm activities and games using a variety of sounds and instruments to play the rhythms.

The pack contains 30 cards which cover rhythms using semiquavers to semibreve note lengths and rests.
